ITIA may collect information required to operate the Learning Portal, including account details, enrollment records, learning progress, communications and transaction records where applicable.
This information is used to deliver courses, maintain learner accounts, provide support, improve the learning experience and meet legitimate administrative or compliance requirements.
ITIA does not require learners to publish private client tax information in course discussions. Learners should remove confidential or identifying client data before submitting examples for learning or review.
